Community Psychiatric Nurse

Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Local Mental Health Team in Nottingham. This is a full-time role with a requirement for travel, so candidates must have their own transport. Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive psychiatric care within the community, supporting the mental health needs of patients under the Local Mental Health Team. * Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver interventions for individuals experiencing mental health issues. * Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure cohesive and coordinated care, supporting patients in their journey to recovery.
