Job Title: HR Officer/HR Assistant Location: Cookstown Industry: Manufacturing Salary: £25,000-£28,000 DOE Job Description: Artemis Human Capital is excited to support our client with an exciting opportunity for an HR Officer to join their well-established and growing team based in Cookstown. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and delivering HR services across all depots, ensuring smooth people management processes, and supporting a growing team. Key Responsibilities: Organise recruitment campaigns to support the business's growth across all departments. Manage the full induction and onboarding process for new employees. Generate monthly HR KPI reports and maintain accurate records using the HR system. Provide professional HR advice and support to line managers, including handling absence management, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Assist line managers with training coordination and manage associated records and documentation. Organise and coordinate quarterly communication forums to engage staff across the business. Key Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times. A relevant degree in HRM or CIPD or Working towards. At least 2 years of HR experience. A full valid driving licence for travel between locations and attending events.
