Our Christian values of wisdom, compassion, perseverance, and thankfulness are woven into the very fabric of our daily school life, shaping a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Application Requirements: • Team Teach training and experience in managing challenging behaviors. • Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and SEMH. • A compassionate, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting children's development. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with teachers and SEN staff. • Strong communication skills for liaising with teachers, parents, and external professionals to provide updates on student progress. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting students in their learning activities, adapting resources, and helping them overcome barriers to learning. • Implementing strategies learned from Team Teach training to manage challenging behaviors in a positive and effective way. • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents. • Assisting in developing and delivering SEN-specific learning programs tailored to individual student needs. • Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
