Job Description
I am seeking a experienced HR Projects Specialist. This is a key role designed to support ongoing projects focused on organisational change, restructuring, and workforce transformation. You will play a critical part in driving strategic HR initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change.
This role is based in Birmingham Centre on a Hybrid basis on a 3-6 month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR projects focused on change and transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement change management strategies that support organizational goals.
- Conduct impact assessments, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR best practices during periods of change, including restructuring, redundancies, and organisational redesign.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the business to ensure clear communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the HR team with project-related tasks, including the development of new policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring deadlines and key milestones are met.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading HR projects, specifically in change management and business transformation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they align with broader business strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with the latest HR technology and systems is a plus.
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred
