This is a superb opportunity to join a Top 20 International law firm within their award-winning Real Estate department, offering specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of private individuals and businesses.
The team advises on a full range of Real estate transactions, including advising an extensive client base consisting of institutional investors, property developers, major lenders, and professional service organisations
The firm requires a Real Estate Partner with demonstrable experience running a high-value, complex caseload with a growth mindset, and a portable client following to continue to expand the dynamic team. The role involves working closely with the wider Real Estate team on business development opportunities, as well as supervising and delegating work to junior solicitors.
The Candidate
- Real Estate Lawyer with a proven client following of at least £500,000
- A portable client base that synergises well with the firms current Real Estate offering
- Strong technical ability, commercial acumen, and a passion for business development
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload of property matters from inception to completion
- Ability to work within a team to develop and grow the department
- Strong academic profile
