Job Title: Production Operator Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire Contract: Permanent contract working 40 hours per week on a days and nights 12-hour shift pattern. We are currently recruiting Production Operators to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Loughborough. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team involved in the development and production of life-saving inhalation products. Ensure production targets are consistently met. Follow all safety and quality procedures rigorously. Complete and check batch record documentation for accuracy. Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth production. Shift Pattern: This role involves 12-hour shifts, alternating between days and nights (06:00-18:15 or 18:00-06:15), averaging 40 hours per week. What We're Looking For: Experience working in a production environment Previous shift work experience Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) preferred A keen eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude Strong teamwork, punctuality, and reliability Must be eligible to work in the UK What is the recruitment process?
