Principal Accountant

My London based client is looking for a CCAB qualified accountant to join the team as a Principal Accountant. Reporting into the Finance Manager, your role will include the following: Contribute towards the development and implementation of the financial strategy Identify financial risk and opportunities when they arise Support the annual budget setting process and medium-term financial planning process. Assist with the preparation of detailed revenue and capital expenditure and income budgets Support the efficient and effective provision of a comprehensive financial management function Support the preparation, analysis and provision of accurate financial management information, including budget monitoring and forecasts, highlighting risks and trends To be considered for the role you must be a CCAB qualified accountant (ideally CIPFA) and have previous experience is leading on the successful delivery of financial management information. The role also managed a small team so previous management experience would be an advantage. This is a permanent role with a presence in the London office required each week. The salary on offer is between £51,000 and £61,000
