JA Visualisation Business Development/Sales Director Roles (Real Estate Background)


Award-winning architectural visualisation studio based in Chelsea is looking for dynamic Business Development & Sales Directors to join their tight knit team following investment. The studio works with residential and commercial property developers all over the world creating state-of-the-art CGI virtual tours, CGI marketing films and more.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and growing team.


Requirements:

 

·      A background in one of the following areas:

Residential Property

Commercial Property

Hospitality developments

Architectural practice sales marketing

Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 (Middle Eastern real estate market)


·   An established personal network of reliable, business relationships within the market of one of the above areas is essential

·     The ability to successfully pitch for and win business

·     At least 10 years of sales and business development experience

·     To be well known in one of the above property industry sectors

·     To be an excellent networker

·     The ability to develop strong relationships with new clients

·     Record of winning business and exceeding targets

·     Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·     To be able to travel 1 week every 3 months approx. – to grow our network overseas


About the role:

These hybrid roles as a Business Development and Sales Director at JA Visualisation, will require candidates to:


·      Develop a global network of referral partners

·      Prepare complex project quotations alongside the Head of CGI

·      Attend regular networking events – minimum twice weekly, with international travel every few months

·      Regularly meet with prospective clients and contacts via Teams and in person

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales opportunities and approaches
