Property Surveyor

Zenith People are looking for an experienced Property Surveyor to work across Haringey.

Job Descriptions

• 3 Days per week position
• Visits to the sites required
• Experience conducting property inspections that align with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System
• Contract management experience in relation to the property maintenance and repair responsibilities and obligations between private landlords and managing agents
• Experience in managing dilapidation claims while achieving best value for money outcomes for the client
• Experience of using software tools, such as Northgate Housing and Service Connect, to record and report property survey findings
• Experience of drafting technical reports

Person Specification

• Required DBS
• Degree or Professional Qualification in a construction related discipline such as RICS or CIOB
• Previous experience surveying domestic properties
