As a Farm Business Manager, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with farmers and customers, delivering exceptional service and value through a deep understanding of their unique needs. You will contribute to the business strategy of industry-leading grain supply, marketing, and trading activities.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with farmers and customers
- Contribute to industry-leading grain supply and marketing strategies
- Give comprehensive inputs supply offerings to farmers
- Assist in efficient and customer-focused grain trading activities
Requirements
- Background within Farm Trading / Agricultural Sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- FACTS qualified
- Hardworking and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Confident and able to work independently and collaboratively
