ER Advisor/Specialist, 3-6 month FTCLeeds, salary c£45,000 - £50,000 per annumWe are recruiting an experienced ER Advisor/Specialist to join a manufacturing business in Leeds on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. We are looking to speak with immediately available candidates who have a strong background in employee relations, particularly within the manufacturing sector, to support the HR function during a key period.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters.Manage and resolve complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues.Support management with HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law.Assist in the development and implementation of ER strategies.Requirements:Proven experience in an ER role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of UK employment law.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to start immediately.If you are interested in this opportunity please apply now.
