About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Build Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in connecting skilled professionals with opportunities in the social housing sector. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to building and maintaining client relationships.
Who We’re Looking For:
?Experience in recruitment, particularly within Blue Collar Social Housing
?Strong communication and organizational skills
?Motivated, driven, and eager to take ownership of your career
?Ability to receive incoming inquiries from prospective and registered candidates via telephone and email
?Capability to search for and identify job leads to create opportunities
?Proficiency in sourcing new candidates from a variety of platforms such as internal databases, job sites, and social media
?Skills in conducting initial telephone screening and fully registering candidates using specific procedures
?Experience in finding new opportunities for candidates
?Competence in providing general administrative support
?Ability to speak with candidates to understand their needs
?Proficiency in writing and advertising jobs
?Skills in managing the candidate application process
?Ability to handle a large number of calls and emails
?Experience in booking interviews and delivering feedback to candidates
?Competence in formatting CVs and registering candidates
