Business Analyst

Job Specification: Business Analyst Location: Northern Ireland Client Overview: Our client is a large player in the financial technology industry in Belfast. With a base in Belfast, they operate in 40 countries around the world with their main engineering base in Belfast. Position Overview: The Business Analyst will support the development and enhancement of new and existing products. This role involves documentation, testing, training, and collaboration across Development, Implementation, and Customer Success teams. Responsibilities: Translate solution needs into actionable user stories with product owners or business SMEs. Support product backlog management and review user stories with development teams. Test business and functional processes during product development and QA. Document key decisions in meetings and lead testing efforts. Conduct product training for users. Communicate product information with stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent. Experience in business analysis-related roles, preferably in tech or software companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SaaS application concepts, SDLC, JIRA, and Teams.
