FLT Counterbalance/Warehouse Operative

Bralin Recruitment part of The Absolute Solutions Group We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our clients warehouse team and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of their facility. Key Responsibilities: * Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock * Safely load and unload trucks * Accurately pick and pack customer orders * Organise and maintain the warehouse inventory * Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move products * Perform general warehouse duties as required Skills & Requirements: * Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred * Forklift Licence - Counterbalance ESSENTIAL * Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently * High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory tasks * Strong organisational skills for effective inventory control * Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy objects and carry out physically demanding tasks * Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and site security procedures Shifts & Compensation: * You will work a rotating shift pattern: * Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 * Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 * Competitive pay rates * Opportunities for career growth within the company If you have a strong work ethic and are eager to advance your career in a dynamic warehouse setting, we encourage you to apply
