MOT Tester/Mechanics

We are looking for a Permanent MOT Tester/Mechanic to join our Automotive company based in Byfleet. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent experience skills in MOT and mechanics. The role offers an attractive rate of £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.

Duties:

• Carrying out MOT s in-line with DVSA standards
• Completion of relevant paperwork in a timely manner
• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
• Use diagnostic equipment to fault find problems
• Performs maintenance and repair activities
• Perform electrical repairs and replacements
• Assist with vehicle delivery
• Work in line with health and safety regulations, and with a high emphasis on quality
• Service vehicles according to established maintenance schedule, replace tyres, change oil and filters, inspect and replace hoses, belts, mirrors, lamps and maintain all fluid levels.

Experience:

• The ideal candidate should have experience in MOT Testing with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in order to ensure the safety of our customers vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence is required. Additionally, a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team is essential.
• Experience in a vehicle mechanics
