Product Manager - Claims and Operations (Reinsurance)

We are working with a leading Reinsurer who are looking for an experienced Claims and Operations Product Manager to lead the development of technology solutions that optimise claims processes and operational efficiency. This role will work closely with claims, operations, and technical teams to deliver products that align with business objectives and improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product roadmap for claims and operations technology solutions.
• Collaborate with claims and operations teams to gather and prioritise requirements.
• Oversee product management , from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Maintain the product backlog and prioritise features based on stakeholder input.
• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor and optimise product performance based on user feedback and metrics.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in claims or operations, preferably within the reinsurance space.
• Strong knowledge of claims processes and operational workflows.
• Experience in agile product development and managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
