The company you will be working for is an established Main contractor with projects consisting of education, healthcare, Ministry of Defence, and mixed-use projects up to 20m in value.You will have exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team in supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities. ResponsibilitiesYour day to day will include:Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Groups policies for risk managementPrepare and present monthly cost reports, value works executed by Subcontractors and certify interim and final payments.Assist the team with commercial and contractual expertiseWho are we looking for?This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:Proven experience in managing the commercials over the full project lifecycle in education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, Ministry of Defence, and mixed-use projectsExperience in both JCT & NEC forms of contractsWithin this role, you can enjoy remote working, flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities.This is an established and robust organisation with plenty of room for progression.
