Shift Maintenance Engineer

Job Opportunity: Shift Maintenance Engineer Location - Luton Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 Shift Pattern: 4 on - 4 off (Days and Nights) A skilled Maintenance Engineer is needed to join a team in a state-of-the-art factory. The role involves maintaining and improving food processing and packaging machinery. Maintenance Engineer responsibilities: Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on equipment. Fault find and troubleshoot various PLCs. Respond to breakdowns and carry out planned and preventative maintenance. Ensure smooth operation of all food process and packaging machinery. Maintenance Engineer experience: A multi-skilled engineer with a recognised qualification in electrical engineering and a solid mechanical understanding. Motivated and quick to react to breakdowns. Experience working within a PPM schedule and a continuous improvement environment. Maintenance Engineer qualifications: BTECH/ONC in Electrical discipline or Multi-skilled Engineering qualification. C&G 2330 Level 3 Electro-technical certificate combined with NVQ 3 Electrical Maintenance. Time-served apprentice. HNC level in electrical, mechanical, or production maintenance engineering.
