Senior Technical Consultant Ref:BM357 This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing independent sustainability consultancy who consist of a team of building energy consultants who provide their expertise to clients across the UK. They are on the lookout for a Senior Technical Consultant to hit the ground running by leading their energy team who are based in Bristol. Role responsibilities for a Senior Technical Consultant: Lead a team of sustainability and energy consultants on numerous projects within the construction industry Produce SAP assessments and calculations to ensure clients projects are in compliance with Part L Undertake thermal bridging and U value heat loss calculations Mentor and help the more junior staff members professionally develop Carry out energy assessments for existing dwellings and provide sustainable solutions to clients on their construction projects to minimise their environmental impactThe ideal Senior Technical Consultant will have: An OCDEA qualification with demonstratable experience delivering Part L Sap assessments Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regulations in compliance with Part L Previous experience in a client facing role and mentoring a team of consultants within the construction industry Relevant experience within a consultancy role delivering sustainability reports within the built environment Excellent attention to detail and communication skillsBenefits of the role include: Competitive salary Remote working Provision of work from home set up Pension scheme Generous holiday allowance Career progression and provision of training for professional qualificationsIf This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
