What You Will Do: Work closely with digital squads to define and deploy business change for new global digital products. Conduct change impact analysis and lead process design and documentation for business change implementation. Create and deliver comprehensive communication materials and training plans for all stakeholders impacted by business change. Ensure GDPR compliance and manage contractual changes and documentation of work instructions. Coordinate change building, testing, and implementation with key stakeholders. Integrate change activity across the customer experience team to ensure a seamless change journey for stakeholders. What You Will Bring: Proven experience in stakeholder management, time management, and excellent communication/presentation skills. Expertise in business change tools and techniques, including change impact assessment and process design. Previous experience in managing multiple projects on time and to high quality. Understanding of digital commercial products and experience in strategy and transformation implementation. Preferred: Change Management Certification (e.g., APMG Practitioner, Prosci, Adkar).
