Lead Backend Developer - .NET, Azure We are partnered with a reputable FinTech in London who are looking for an established Lead Backend Developer to join their high performing C#/.NET team. The Lead Backend Developer will be measured on the success and performance of the team, and must have a strong product focused mindset, especially for API and cloud engineering. This role will have a slight lean on the people management side and the ideal candidate will have experience line managing a small team of 4-6 people. The role will still be hands on and you will contribute to code where required, as well as being a mentor and doing code reviews. Tech Stack: C#, .NET/Core, Azure, Cosmos DB, Kafka, Serverless, Containers. This is a hybrid role in Central London and requires 2 days per week onsite. Salary is paying £100,000 - £120,000 + 15% Bonus + 20% Pension Scheme.
