BD & Marketing Manager (12 Month FTC) Internationally recognized law firm seeking BD & Marketing Manager to join the team. Professional Services Experience Required You will collaborate closely with designated practices, partners, cross-firm teams, and the broader Business Development (BD) & Marketing group to create strategies, implement plans, and uncover opportunities. Your role will involve delivering comprehensive business development and marketing support focused on Recognition, Reputation, Relationships, and Revenue, along with overseeing the firmwide tender process. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed budgets for service offerings across practices. Monitor and regularly report on budget and expenditure. Analyze and report on the effectiveness and ROI of initiatives and trends. Identify opportunities and insights from practices, competitors, and the market landscape. Participate in regular meetings with fee earners and partners. Manage the planning and coordination of award submissions. Handle directory entries, including referee organization and submission drafting. Update and manage website content, including scheduling reviews and analyzing performance data. Organize the calendar for articles and blogs, ensuring timely publication and distribution. Create and manage the social media calendar for timely posts. Produce digital media, coordinating production and assisting with script development. Collaborate with the Communications team to plan and evaluate PR/media activities. Plan and manage membership participation, optimizing channel usage. Maintain up-to-date lists of target clients for each service offering. Coordinate client mailings as needed. Organize events, including invitation production, logistics, and follow-up. Identify and manage external associations, networks, events, and co-marketing opportunities. Prepare and customize pitches and presentations, maintaining a library of templates. Manage and update brochure and service sheet materials. Track key accounts and outreach efforts. Encourage participation in client feedback initiatives and report on the results. Review the quality of outputs produced by the team for assigned practices. Work with the Head of Business Development to train and mentor junior team members, providing ongoing support and coaching.
