Our client, a renowned manufacturer in the engineering sector, is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join their team in Andover, Hampshire. This is a temp to perm role where you will have the opportunity to work on crafting high-quality engineering solutions, Key Responsibilities: Performing TIG welding to fabricate copper and aluminium components Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welds and fabrications Inspecting and testing welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure project goals and deadlines are met Maintaining tools and workspace to ensure safety and efficiency Following all safety protocols and procedures Job Requirements: Proven experience as a TIG Welder/Fabricator Proficiency in welding copper and aluminium materials Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Andover, Hampshire Benefits: Casual dress code Company pension Free on-site parking Schedule: 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday Possibility of overtime If you are a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator passionate about producing high-quality work, we would love to hear from you.
