What You ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage sales operations across multiple development sites.
• Hit and exceed sales targets while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and wider team to drive success.

What You ll Need:

• At least 2 years of experience in a PLC housebuilder.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple projects.
• Experience in new home sales and customer relations.

What We re Offering:

• A competitive basic salary of £60,000 with the potential to earn up to an additional £25,000 in OTE!
