Production Operative

Summary: As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of composite parts. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow complex instructions to meet the highest quality standards. You will receive full training on various production techniques, including lay-up of pre-impregnated glass/carbon, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion. Key Responsibilities: * Learn and master production techniques for composite materials, including lay-up and resin infusion. * Follow technical drawings and specifications to ensure the quality and integrity of all products. * Perform intricate tasks with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. * Proactively solve challenges and support the production process through effective problem-solving. * Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. * Adhere to all health and safety measures within the cleanroom and throughout the facility. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workspaces, contributing to the overall efficiency of production operations. * Adjust to changing production priorities and take on new challenges with enthusiasm. Required Attributes: * Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions with precision. * Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for performing intricate production tasks. * Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to adapt to changing production needs. * Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and a positive approach to collaboration. * Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all health and safety protocols. * Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic production setting. * Passion for producing high-quality components and striving for excellence in every task. Shift Pattern: * 4 on 4 off shift work (days and nights).
