Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are currently recruiting an experienced senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join my clients team based near Darlington. They are a succesful and rapidly growing recruitment agency with further growth plans in 2024. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles with our clients. Key Responsibilities: * Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates * New Business Development * Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals * Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' suitability for roles * Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding * Achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs * Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates Requirements: * Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Desire to develop new business * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Benefits * Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience * Commission structure * Car allowance - £3600 per annum * 23 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension scheme * Career progression opportunities * Regular team social events If you are a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and business development and you hold a full driving licence, please apply today.
