Production Operative

This Temp-To-Perm position offers an immediate start for the right candidate! Upon successfully completing the probation period, you'll have the opportunity to secure a permanent role and become an integral part of the team. As a Production Operative, you'll engage in a variety of tasks throughout the site, including pouring concrete into moulds, constructing timber frames, and utilising hand and power tools. You'll collaborate closely with your team in both the yard and factory, ensuring smooth operations and taking on general clean-up duties. This role is physically demanding, so familiarity with manual handling practices will be highly beneficial! Production Operative Duties: Proficient with hand and power tools Experience in labouring is an advantage Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Building and construction experience is preferred but not required Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and tackling daily challengesHours, Pay & Benefits: Hours of work rotate weekly between 6am to 3pm and 8am to 5pm £12 - £13+ p/hour Overtime available at time and a half Working in a sheltered area If you are looking for immediate Production Operative work in the Wellingborough, Northamptonshire area, please apply now.
