As the Regional OFCI Senior Manager, you will lead the procurement, delivery, and installation of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment for multiple data centre projects across Europe. Your role will drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing speed to market, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless integration of OFCI equipment throughout the project lifecycle. Managing a multi-country team, you’ll ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards, aligned with company strategy. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership: Lead a multi-country OFCI team, aligning strategies with business goals. Develop processes that streamline procurement and drive efficiency. Collaborate with senior management to define and achieve objectives and KPIs. * Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee vendor negotiations, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery. Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor market trends, and manage OFCI purchase orders to align with design and commercial goals. * Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of OFCI procurement, from design to installation. Collaborate with project teams to meet timelines and budgets while mitigating risks related to supply chain disruptions. * Cost Control & Efficiency: Implement strategies to reduce total cost of ownership for OFCI items. Lead financial reviews, optimize costs, and ensure risk-sharing mechanisms in contracts. * Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Development: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate OFCI requirements into project delivery. Mentor and develop the OFCI team, fostering innovation and performance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): * Reduced procurement lead times and improved speed to market. * Achieved cost savings and on-time delivery of OFCI equipment. * Successful supplier performance and team development metrics. Skills and Expertise Required: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. * 10+ years of experience in procurement, ideally in construction or data centres, with a focus on OFCI procurement. * Proven leadership in managing multi-country teams and complex projects. * Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. * Fluent in English; French or German is a plus. * Willingness to travel across Europe for project site visits
