Qualifications and Experience Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Leadership & Management) A successful track record in a managerial role within a care setting, with previous experience as a Registered Manager and significant operational and organisational management expertise Excellent leadership and communication skills, including a proven track record in supervisions, appraisals, budget management, and familiarity with rostering programs. A deep understanding of care regulations and best practices, with hands-on experience in leading a service to full compliance and managing CQC inspection processes. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the care facility, encompassing staffing, financial management, and resident well-being. Ensure that all care services maintain the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor a team of compassionate care staff, offering guidance, training, and performance support. Cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment for residents, their families, and the staff members. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure residents' holistic well-being. Supervise the implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring individualized attention for each resident. Uphold compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
