Winner Recruitment are currently looking for Machine Operators in Doncaster on a 12 Week temp to perm basis. Salary: £11.44ph for days £12.58ph for nights Once you are trained on more machines your salary will increase in increments up to £13.25ph  Hours: 3 on 4 off 4 on 3 off shift pattern, 12 hour shifts Days and Nights Job Duties: Operate and maintain machinery in accordance with company standards Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes Education: Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English Working Conditions: The role involves working in a manufacturing environment, standing for extended periods
