Location: Watford FCHave you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.Rate of pay: Up to £35,000 per annumWorking pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 daysKey Responsibilities: Creating rotas to ensure fully staffed for match days and non match days Set up systems to assess staff performance, give feedback, and resolve any issues Create training to improve staff skills and support their career growth Oversee hiring for staff to Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team and understand their roles Requirement: Previous experience in a similar environment/role is essentialWhat's in it for you?
