Location: High Wycombe
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £28,826-£46,773
Hours: 8.00am-4.00pm OR 8.30am-4.30pm

As an SEN Teacher within their school, you will be providing professional learning and development for all pupils through establishing personalised learning routes across Key Stage 3 to 5.
You will be playing your part in helping the school achieve its aims and values. You will be delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students with support from the leadership team.

Key Duties:
  • Plan, teach, and assess a range of subjects and learning to support students' progression
  • Work as part of the team to deliver lessons, support positive behaviour, and to make students feel safe so that they can learn and achieve
  • Follow whole school systems to teaching and learning. We will support you with a full induction, we are a very supportive team
  • Support with report writing, help to expand our curriculum documents as part of a team, data collection, and clearly communicate with all stakeholders
  • Create engaging and safe learning environments

Requirements:
We are looking for a qualified Teacher with a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths who has at least 2 years' experience teaching young people with SEMH.
