Head of Transformation PMO Location: Warwick Who will you be working with? This role sits within the Product & Solutions team and will have dotted line into the global transformation team. You will work with various stakeholders across various disciplines and at all levels of the business. What will you be doing? You will have a broad remit, covering business analysis, support strategic goal delivery, and supporting service redesign. You will support transformational programme coordination and project management capacity to deliver the companies transformation agenda. This will include coordinating and driving the Transformation Programme; working with the business to identify and specify requirements; project managing identified elements of the programme; and providing assurance to the Executive Leadership Team around the wider performance of the organisation In this role you will play a key role in supporting colleagues to transform and improve services. On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for: * Proactively challenging the way the ELT works both in the development and delivery of the Transformation Programme. * Lead & project manage interventions to deliver the companies Transformation Programme and support the delivery of activities to the strategic pillars. * Be an ambassador for the principles of the transformation the company is seeking to achieve so that teams within the company can deliver their planned changes and sustain improvements. * Work with selected ELT members, both in terms of the principles and delivery of the transformation programme, and to engage them as appropriate in specific interventions. * Work with teams across the company to identify where efficiencies can be made through change in process and service redesign. * Using business analysis techniques and tools, document the requirements so they can be delivered through structured project management. * Support the change of culture of the company so that it is in line with the values and leadership behaviours About you: We want to make sure you’re set up for success in our mission. To be successful in your application you’ll need to; * High standard of education, Degree or equivalent * Project Management qualification / accreditation and or Business Analysis qualification * Systems Thinking and/or Lean principles & methodology. * Excellent understanding of the importance of measures and performance management. * Commercially savvy and understand the importance of efficiency across the business. * A positive attitude towards customer service and a commitment to designing services from the customer’s perspective. * The ability to work on their own but also within a global team with excellent communication skills to ensure communication is clear, concise and consistent. * Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines * Able to use initiative and take decisions.
