Site Engineer

Are you a freelance Site Engineer looking for security of work? Then read on. Abatec is working with a driven and dynamic Civil Engineering contractor involved with a major Highways scheme in Devon. Our client requires a freelance Site Engineer for an immediate. We are interested in applicants who have experience of projects including earthworks, drainage, RC structures and surfacing. As Site Engineer you will: * Use a robotic total station to provide levelling and surveying across site. * Check drawings and quantities, ensuring the accuracy of calculations. * Comply with the site-specific health and safety protocols and to ensure any health and safety concerns are identified and reported as necessary. Our client requires a Site Engineer with: * Valid CSCS and experience of robotic total stations. * A good understating of construction health & safety protocols. * Excellent communication skills. * HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering. * Understanding of AutoCAD Salary and benefits include: * £325 - £375 (PAYE/CIS paid via an umbrella company) * 6 months + duration If you would like more information, or to apply for this vacancy, please contact Dave or Kelly on (phone number removed).
