Recruitment Coordinator

Do you enjoy researching, planning and organising and get a buzz from delivering exceptional customer service?The Role:We are looking for someone to join our office in Didcot as a Recruitment Co-ordinator. This role is newly created due to team expansion, and you will be pivotal in the recruitment process by finding and helping people into new job roles. It’s a fast-paced role and one minute you might be speaking to candidates on the phone about job opportunities, the next you could be congratulating them on their new job!You would join our small and friendly Didcot team and would work alongside our Recruitment Consultants who are responsible for filling both temporary and permanent job vacancies.Key Responsibilities:Managing the team inbox and dealing with any enquiries.
