Our client, a prestigious skincare brand, is looking to hire an Account Manager to join their team in London in a remote capacity. This is a one year contract with the ability to extend based on performance and the needs of the business.


Job Duties Include:

  • Develop store sales targets and manage in-store events to achieve goals
  • Manage P&Ls to ensure sustainable growth aligned with brand goals
  • Identify sales growth opportunities and expand into new accounts strategically
  • Collaborate on in-store and digital plans aligned with retailer calendars
  • Monitor account inventory levels to minimize out of stocks
  • Analyze impact of paid programming like COOP advertising and sampling
  • Manage field visits with retail partners
  • Analyze sales data, competitive activity, and recommend sales strategies


Job Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role within the beauty category
  • Prestige experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized/detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with P&L execution, ROI, and budgetary control


Salary: $36 - $45.67/hr USD
