This business pride themselves in having strong values in listening to their customers and providing top quality products within the industry. The ideal candidate will come from a food, FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing background with experience working in a technical role. Also holding strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and systems. Role Description Responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of healthcare products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs. Design, troubleshoot, and optimise production machinery and equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Plan and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and production goals. Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical role Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
