Trainee Recruitment Consultant

CTR Construction are looking for x4 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our modern office in Canterbury, Kent. Having established ourselves within the South East Construction and Engineering recruiting sectors, we are looking to grow... again! Location: Canterbury, Kent Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant Salary: £20,000 to £21,000 + commission The Role As Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be supporting either our Senior Construction or Engineering Consultants on placing professional and qualified candidates across the South East and UK. You will receive training from Directors and Senior members of our team and have a clear goal and timeline to progress you to Consultant and Senior Consultant level. You can expect to: * Learn how to use multiple job boards effectively to maximise applications * Learn how to write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients’ needs * Conduct searches via our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools * Build your own network of talented candidates to present to market The role will be predominantly phone based out of our Head Office in Canterbury. What we expect from you We are looking for someone who is totally money motivated and driven to succeed. Ideally you will have experience in an office/phone environment, although we will consider anyone with the right attitude and mentality towards earning money. You must have access to your own transport and be within driving distance of Canterbury.
