360 Recruitment Consultant (contract desk)

The Explore Group is an established technology focused recruitment agency with offices in London. We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join us at the Consultant-Senior level in our London office to focus on one of our hottest and most profitable desks Any seasoned recruiter will know that the technology market is a great market to position yourself on to be successful and carve out a name for yourself. As a Contract Recruiter at Explore Group, you’ll be working with our Director Mathew Lee, who is a former Top Contract Biller himself and currently leads on Business Development efforts. The ideal candidate: At least 18 months of contract recruitment experience within the technology sector A proven track record of billing a “runner book” of at least 8 Contractors Will have a history of winning new business and delivering into those roles (360) Have recruited within Technology e.g. Software Development, Data, DevOps, Cloud, Cyber, SAP, ERP. Development: You’ll initially join the business as a billing consultant, with the view of you progressing through one of our defined career paths. This could see you becoming a Principal/Managing Consultant, a Business Manager, Account Manager or even starting up your own market/region. Our Directors will work with you directly to ensure your personal and professional development needs are met. This will be bespoke to you which means it’ll lend to your personal style and desires. Salary and benefits: Competitive base salary with promotion available every 9 months Uncapped commission structure - up to 25% on every deal No threshold Generous deal splits of up to 50% Monthly cash bonuses on top of commission (up to £2,000 per month) Hybrid working Gym reimbursement Season ticket loan Monthly lunch clubs Annual holidays – Vegas, Cancun, Miami, Skiing, Barcelona etc. All expenses paid parties twice a year 3:30pm finish & dress down Fridays subject to billings/experience level
