Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Salary: £49, 4 00 (Plus Overtime) Location: Telford Contract: Fulltime, Permanent Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (days and nights) Benefits: Basic earnings of £49,400 (includes flexibility payment), with overtime at 1.5x after 42 hours. Duties of the Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer : Providing technical leadership to operations colleagues during shifts. Responding to breakdowns and changeovers, working a 4 on, 4 off schedules (days and nights). Supporting lead development engineers with continuous improvement and new product development activities. Taking ownership of your work and meeting deadlines with internal stakeholders and contractors. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will have : A hands-on engineer who embodies our core values: Determination, Quality, Integrity, and Teamwork. A mechanically qualified, time-served technician with a systems and control focus, and knowledge of electrical control wiring diagrams. Someone eager to learn new techniques and technologies, with PLC programming and fault diagnosis experience. Experience in the food or processing industry is a bonus, but not essential.
