We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with knowledge of Spanish cuisine who is highly organised and ambitious with a love and passion for food and people to lead the food operations. We expect you to lead by example, energising and inspiring the people around you and to continue the development and training of your team as well as driving creativity and innovation in Spanish food in our 50 cover restaurant.
