Key Account Manager

Our client, a leading company in the workwear and PPE equipment is looking for a Key Account Manager for the North West region. The role will focus on maintaining and maximising existing accounts (70%+) and the remainder being new business. This will be a home based role, conducting Teams and face to face meetings with clients with the support of a couple of office based staff to assist with lead generation and administration. Core duties for the role will include: -

• Maximising all existing account client revenues
• Continually looking for new opportunities within existing client base
• Exceeding client expectations in terms of visibility, customer satisfaction, problem solving, etc
• Analysing and comparing customer spend levels to identify sales gaps
• Hitting targets, both financially and KPIs

Any focus on new business usually arrives with the assistance of the internal team so tends to be warm introductions rather than cold calling.

Suitable candidates need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing large scale key accounts and exceeding revenue targets. The ideal candidate will come from a relevant sector background, including: -

• Workwear
• PPE
• Office Supplies
• Janitorial / Cleaning / Hygiene Supplies

Package will include a base of £40-45k, £10-15k (uncapped) 1st year commission, car allowance (£6k), 25 days holiday and a good benefits package. Send your CV in the first instance for more information.
