ONGOING TEMPORARY - IMMEDIATE START

Proactive Personnel Limited are working with a long standing client based in Telford who are recruiting for a number of experienced Class 2 Drivers, due to demand in work. These roles will be ongoing temporary contract -IMMEDIATE START!

Benefits:

• PAY RATES from 13.00ph - 15.68ph RHP
• DAYS, NIGHTS & WEEKEND WORK AVAILABLE
• Monday to Sunday
• Working for a reputable employer in the local area
• Minimum of 8 hours shift
• Temp to perm contract for the right candidate

The Job:

• Must be able to do early start 0300 onwards
• Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure vehicle is roadworthy and safe to use
• Manage start and finish times, inform traffic office of any issues
• Follow company procedures, adhere to customer procedures
• Must follow Highway Code
• Maintain health & safety standards
• Complete all deliveries and collections as manifested
• Comply with all EU tachograph and WTD regulations
• Ensure your vehicle is kept clean and tidy at ALL TIMES
• Some handballing is involved

Your knowledge and experience:

• Excellent time keeping - ESSENTIAL
• 2 years minimum driving experience
• Maximum of 9 points on licence
• To hold a full Class 2 licence
• To have a valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC)/Driver CPC
• To own a valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Good communication skills
