Day to Day: Developing a project budget and ensure the project is delivered within that budget. Ensure that all work is carried out to the clients specifications. Ensure that labour, plant, materials, and sub-contractors are effectively managed. Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress. Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to. Monitor the financial performance of the project. Ensure that a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project. Attending meetings and surveys with the client representatives Delivering projects on a worldwide basis. Experience: Degree in Construction related subject. Extensive project management experience on interior fit-out type projects. Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills. Great attention to detail, commercial acumen and cost control are essential. Client facing, UK driving licence, able to travel with the role on occasion.
