As part of our ambitious rebranding and significant investment in technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence.Key Responsibilities:• Lead e-commerce website projects: Oversee the development, launch, and continuous improvement of new and existing e-commerce websites.• Website management & maintenance: Ensure smooth operation of all our websites, manage supplier relationships, and oversee hosting, performance, and updates.• Site performance analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics using tools like Google Analytics & Hotjar, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.• Content creation & management: Develop, update, and manage high-quality content, ensuring it aligns with brand identity and business goals.• Testing & quality assurance: Conduct thorough testing and ensure sign-off for all website updates and new launches.• Support marketing initiatives: Collaborate with teams and agencies to support on-site SEO and online advertising activity.• Support optimisation projects: Improve the site performance by assisting with CRO and A/B testing.Requirements:• Managing end-to-end website projects, from concept to launch.• Working with popular CMS platforms.• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and manage business requirements.• Writing clear and concise briefs for creative and web development teams.What We’re Looking For:• Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of what makes a website visually appealing and user-friendly.• Excellent organizational and project management skills to keep projects on track and within deadlines.• Ability to work independently with a small dynamic team.What We Offer: Salary - £35,000 to £40,000 (dependant on experience) Full-time and part-time options available Hybrid working - Office (SP1 3TB) 25 days of holiday per year Your birthday off (paid) 4 x salary life assurance Company pension £500 towards your wellbeing each year Healthcare, including 24/7 GP advice and a mental health helpline.
