As a Senior Client Accountant, you will oversee all aspects of client and property accounting for multiple clients. Manage client and property accounting, oversea billing (service charges, rents, etc.) Data management within TRAMPS software. Assist service charge accountant to reconcile and close year-end service charges. Conduct annual service charge cash reconciliations, addressing any issues. Bank reconciliation of client and tenant deposit accounts. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in client accounting, with a focus on commercial property. Software Proficiency: Essential experience with TRAMPS software. Commercial Property Expertise: Proven ability to manage accounts within this sector.
