Director Strategic Alliances

BioTalent are teaming up with a global leader in pharmacovigilance solutions, providing innovative software and expert consulting services on their search for a Alliance and Partnership Director based in Greater London.

You will be responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives through impactful collaborations, expanding company reach and influence in the BioPharma R&D sector by building and managing strategic partnerships with key resellers, service providers, and technology companies.

You will be responsible for:

• Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint potential partners that align with the companies strategic vision
• Develop tailored partnership programs to meet the specific needs of each partner category
• Define incentive structures, commission models, and other partner benefits
• Create comprehensive onboarding materials and deliver training to new partners
• Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to promote the companies product through partner channels
• Engage with prospective partners, present the companies unique value proposition, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements

You will bring the following:

• Multiple years of experience in alliance management, partner development, or business growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or an MBA or Master's in Business Management, Growth, or Strategy
• Extensive experience in the Life Science R&D software and services industry
