Creative.ai is seeking a UI/UX Lead to completely revamp our product, leveraging your expertise in designing SaaS products for large user bases. If you have a keen eye for detail, a focus on customer empathy and problem solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Lead the complete overhaul of our product's UI/UX design to enhance user experience and engagement Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for SaaS products with a large number of users Apply customer empathy and problem-solving skills to address user pain points and create delightful experiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams (XFN) including product managers, engineers, and marketers to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing SaaS product designs Experience designing for a large user base and handling complex design challenges Strong focus on customer empathy and problem-solving Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (XFN) and translate business requirements into design solutions Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI or machine learning-based applications Familiarity with video production or related technologies Knowledge of front-end development basics to effectively communicate with engineers
