Client Overview: Our client serve everything from intimate tea and coffee breaks to large-scale events and conferences, operating 51 weeks a year, seven days a week. They are Committed to using local ingredients and preparing food in-house from scratch, in order to deliver over 30,000 business lunches annually. Job Responsibilities As a member of our catering team, you will: * Provide warm, friendly service to clients. * Serve food and beverages in various areas. * Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout shifts. * Ensure proper stock rotation to minimise waste. * Assist in setting up and dismantling catering areas. * Use tills and uphold high service standards. * Present food in line with company standards. * Address customer queries professionally. * Adhere to Hygiene, Health, and Safety regulations. * Maintain a clean workspace per Food Safety Laws. * Work well within a diverse team. * Stay motivated and participate in training. * Assist in other areas as needed. * Collaborate with supervisors, kitchen staff, and event managers. Skills and Qualifications: * Excellent customer and client awareness. * Confident with good communication skills. * High standards of personal presentation. * Experience in a catering environment. * Experience in a customer-facing role. * Full, clean UK driving licence. * Relevant knowledge and qualifications.
