Private Client Secretary

Role: Private Client Legal Secretary Location: Bromsgrove Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 Benefits: Long term progression, Team on hand. Simpson Judge are representing a great Secretarial role with a leading regional Law Firm in the Bromsgrove Area, who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team. Our client has a strong and positive employer reputation in the Bromsgrove area and they looking to add an experienced secretary to their growing Private Client team. The role is open to Secretaries with at least 12 months experience in ideally the Legal industry or possibly a Medical background, as; The Role will involve, but not be limited to: * Dealing with client queries in person and by telephone. * Audio typing via the digital dictation system. * Preparation of correspondence, court documents and invoices * Filing, photocopying, and opening/closing client files in a timely manner. * Maintaining and coordinating diaries and diary notes and reporting on these as necessary. The Ideal Candidate: * Experience in working within Private Client * Experience in working in secretarial positions. * Fantastic time management and administration skills. More details about the role: * Office based. * Ideally full time but potential for 4 days. * Potential for long term progression. * Onsite support and guidance. * Company wide bonding and networking on set dates.
